This information is intended for Welfare Agencies and Schools (henceforth referred to as agencies) that wish to make referrals of clients or students to Edmund Rice Camps programs. Places on ERC programs are open to children and families experiencing social or economic disadvantage. All children and families must be referred by an agency.

Applying for an ERC
All week long programs are conducted during school holiday periods with additional programs over long weekends. To apply for a camp, agencies will need to download the appropriate participant Application Form found below and submit to the ERC Office. Applications have an opening and closing date, please observe these. Agencies registered with ERC will also receive email alerts about upcoming programs. To register your Agency with ERC please contact the ERC office. Late applications will go on the Waiting List, or will not be considered if the form is incomplete. Agencies will be notified if their application is successful or unsuccessful within two weeks after the closing date. This will be accompanied with an invoice, information on pick up and drop off points and times, as well as a clothing and equipment list.

Are the camps appropriate for your client?
For general information refer to About ERC or to Programs for these details. Each application for a children's camp must be accompanied by a Conditions of Placement form, and all applications for family camps must include a Family Agreement form. These forms provide details of how the camps are run and who they are targeted to assist.
